Genesis Ryan Marrie Butts: 15-year-old girl reported missing from Sharpsburg

On July 7, Maryland’s Washington County Sheriff’s Office posted a notice to their community seeking the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.

Law enforcement officials reported that 15-year-old Genesis Ryan Marrie Butts was last seen on June 30, 2025, at approximately 5:00 p.m., at her residence in Sharpsburg, Maryland.

Butts is described as being is 5 feet tall, weighing 90 pounds, with green eyes and black hair.

She could be in the Boonsboro or Dargan areas, but she could also be in an unknown location in Virginia.

Anyone with information on her location is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 240-313-2170.
