(Update: November 9, 2025) The Frederick County Sheriffโ€™s Office announced that Kayla has been found safe. No further information was provided. Ace News Today’s original post from November 6 appears below.


On November 5, 2025, the Frederick County Sheriffโ€™s Office, headquartered in Frederick, Maryland, posted a notice to their community seeking the publicโ€™s help in locating 16-year-old Kayla Boyd.

According to the Sheriffโ€™s Office and the National Center For Missing and Endangered, Inc., Kayla was last seen on October 31 in the 9900 block of Kelly Road in Walkersville wearing gray sweatpants and a gray sweatshirt.

Kayla is 5 feet 8 inches tall and approximately 110 pounds. She has a butterfly tattoo on her left hand and a nose ring.

One week is too long for a 16-year-old girl to go missing.  Letโ€™s all please help bring Kayla home.
