On September 23, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) announced criminal charges tied to a bank robbery that occurred on September 1, 2023, at the Truist Bank branch in Street, Maryland. According to investigators, the case advanced in recent weeks after HCSO detectives assisted a partner agency in probing an unrelated robbery.

During that assistance—on September 17, 2025—investigators executing search warrants noticed striking parallels between the recent robbery and the 2023 Harford County incident. Further collaboration and forensic follow-up led detectives to conclude the same suspects were involved in both crimes.

According to the sheriff’s office, the male suspect in the 2023 robbery—later identified as 34-year-old Hank Hamilton—fled the scene in a rented white Volkswagen Tiguan. Rental agreements indicated the vehicle was rented in the name of 35-year-old Mollie Glover, of Pylesville, MD. Detectives allege Glover played a role in Hamilton’s escape by providing access to vehicles and logistical support after the heist.

On September 18, 2025, HCSO secured criminal charges against Glover tied to the 2023 robbery. Acting on a warrant, the HCSO Special Response Team and Warrant Unit searched her home on Whiteford Road, recovering clothing items believed to have been used in the robbery. Glover was arrested and later released from the Harford County Detention Center under pretrial conditions.

Hamilton has also been formally charged in the Harford County case. He is currently detained in another jurisdiction, and HCSO is actively coordinating with law enforcement partners to ensure he faces his charges locally.

The investigation benefitted from the assistance of the FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office and the Pennsylvania State Police, both of which provided resources and intelligence support.

What’s Next:

  • No court date for Hamilton in Harford County has yet been publicly disclosed.
  • Prosecutors are expected to file additional documents in coming weeks, potentially shedding light on whether federal charges will accompany state ones.
  • For their roles, if convicted, both Glover and Hamilton could face significant prison time given the severity of bank robbery statutes and related aiding/abetting charges.
