Tiara Duvall: Teen reported missing in Baltimore, police are asking for your help

On January 18, police in Baltimore City issued a plea to the public to help them locate the missing teen, 17-year-old Tiara Duvall. Tiara was last seen on January 17, in the 2000 block of East Oliver Street. 

When last seen, Tiara was wearing a white shirt, off-white jacket, blue jeans and black boots.  Police described her as being 5’10” and weighing 150 lbs.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Tiara is asked to please call 911.
