Search is on for man who stabbed several victims in a domestic altercation in Abingdon
At approximately 7:24 a.m. on Sunday, April 27, deputies with Maryland’s Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 400 block of Deerhill Circle in Abingdon for the report of a domestic related stabbing. Law enforcement learned the the violent stabbing suspect was known to his victims and that the stabbings were isolated to that residence on Deerhill Circle.
Victims were transported for treatment of their injuries which thankfully do not appear to be life threatening.
Officials identified the stabbing suspect as 32-year-old Raja Zahid Maqsood – who as of this writing is still at large. Maqsood has access to a Black Hyundai, but it is unknown if he is traveling in the vehicle or on foot.
Later on Friday morning, around 11:27 a.m., law enforcement shared  a surveillance photo of Maqsood taken at the Abingdon Walmart shortly after the stabbings. Another surveillance photo captured later on Sunday around 4:35 p.m. shows Maqsood after a change of clothes wearing a blue hoodie.

The Sheriff’ s Office is urging residents to remain vigilant, and if anyone sees Maqsood to call 911.
