Tulsa woman arrested on child sexual exploitation charges
(May 28, 2025) Yesterday, detectives with the Tulsa Police Department in the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, reminded the public that on May 21, officials asked the general public if anyone had seen 42-year-old Falisha Johnson – who was wanted on child sex abuse and exploitation charges.
Police said that on May 14, Johnson had been charged with the following:
- Child Sexual Exploitation of a Child Under 12
- Child Sexual Exploitation
- Lewd Molestation (2 counts)
- Aggravated Possession of Child Pornography
Also yesterday, Tulsa police announced that on May 25, Johnson was arrested after a tip was received concerning her location.
The Tulsa Police Child Crisis Unit began investigating Falisha Johnson earlier this year. Detectives recovered a large amount of evidence from her phone showing child sexual abuse and exploitation.
News on 6 in Tulsa reported that police began looking for Johnson after she was accused of of sending child abuse material to a man in Texas.
Documents say detectives found more than 3,000 pictures and videos on her phone of child sexual abuse material, and 22,000 texts, including many where the man describes sexual fantasies with children.
Tulsa Police told News On 6 that the children involved in this case are now safe.
Officers say the Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the man.
Johnson is currently booked into the Tulsa County Jail. Her bond is set at $450,000.
