(June 9, 2025) The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) just reissued another request seeking help from the public to find 17-year-old Ava-Colleen Moore, who has been missing since the evening of March 26, 2025.

Ava-Colleen disappeared after leaving her home in Orlando, Florida. Her mother, Cheriee Moore, says there has been no contact since she vanished, which is very out of character for her daughter. This has raised serious concerns for Ava-Colleen’s safety, and Cheriee says she wants nothing more than to know that she is okay.

Cheriee spent Ava-Colleen’s birthday last week without her, turning what should have been a joyful celebration into a painful reminder that her daughter is still missing.

Ava-Colleen is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 163 pounds with brown eyes.  When last seen, her hair was dyed black – as in the accompanying photos.

Authorities believe that Ava-Colleen may still be in the Orlando area or traveling to Kissimmee and surrounding cities in Florida.

If you have any information about Ava-Colleen’s whereabouts, please contact NCMEC at 1-800-THE-LOST or the Orange County Sheriff’s Office at 1-407-836-4357.
