Reported missing in Hagerstown, Abigail Bowders, 26-years-old

(July 16, 2025) Late last night, law enforcement officials in Hagerstown, Maryland, posted a plea to their community to assist in locating a woman that’s been reported as missing.  The Hagerstown Police Department is asking the public for help in finding 26-year-old Abigail Bowders.

According to police, Abigail was last seen in the 100 Block of South Burhans Boulevard. She is described as being 5’9’‘, weighing 100 pounds; and she has a flower tattoo on her right shoulder.

Abigail was reported missing through the Hagerstown Police Department.
