Local eye doctor charged in the shooting murder of his Lake Worth ex-wife
On the night of July 18, Florida’s Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO,) working in conjunction with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, and the U.S. Marshals,  took Richard Seith – a local eye doctor with a practice in Stuart – into custody for the murder of Spirit Airlines flight attendant and ex-wife, Cynthia Seith of Lake Worth.   Cynthia was murdered just days before her 55th birthday.
Cindi Sciarrone Seith, 54, was found shot to death early Tuesday morning <July 15> outside her Lake Worth condominium. She was still wearing her Spirit Airlines uniform, and detectives believe she was walking between her car and her condo when she was gunned down. ~ WPBF
During the investigation, search warrants were executed at Richard Seith’s home in Jensen Beach and at his business in Stuart.
Seith was taken to Palm Beach County Jail, where he was booked in on the charge of First-Degree Murder. He made his first court appearance Saturday morning and is currently being held without bond, according to WPTV.
