(November 4, 2025) Yesterday, Maryland’s Elkton Police Department in Cecil County sent a notice out to the community seeking help in locating a missing local person, Jessica Lyn Davis.

Police say that Jessica has not been seen or heard from since October 29, and she may be transient somewhere in the greater Elkton area.

Officials describe Jessica Lyn Davis as being 34 years old.

Height: 5-03, Weight: 120 lbs. Brown Eyes, Brown shoulder length hair.

Jessica was last seen wearing white sneakers, red pants, a red shirt and two gold rings.

If you have seen Jessica, or know anything about her whereabouts, please call 911 or contact your local law enforcement agency.
