Who Is this gunman? Police release video of October teen shooting on N. Luzerne Avenue

On November 11, the Baltimore Police Department posted a video of a shooter, and a shooting, seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man firing the gun. Detectives in the department’s Southeast District are hoping you recognize the individual depicted in the video and the accompanying still photos.

Background:  On October 5, 2025, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a 17-year-old male victim was shot at the 1000 block of N. Luzerne Avenue.
