Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” reality-TV star Alexa Curtin, 28, was sentenced to 68 days in an Orange County, California, slammer after pleading guilty to multiple criminal charges which included: possession of a controlled substance and substance paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, vandalism and petty theft.  The former “RHOC” star was arrested on January 8.  Basically a fugitive from justice, authorities had a warrant out for her arrest since way back in December 2019, after she failed to appear for a court hearing.

Her sentencing finally went down in an Orange County courtroom last week, according to People.

Some of the charges levied against the 28-year-old date back to 2018 ad 2019. She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in February 2018 after arresting officers alleged that she used paraphernalia to smoke heroin.  Later that same year, she was charged with her DUI.

Alexa had more legal problems in 2019 when she was arrested and charged with suspicion of possession of Xanax – a controlled substance – and again for possessing drug paraphernalia.  Also in 2019, she was arrested for missing scheduled court hearings.

During her most recent court appearance and in addition to her 68-day jail sentence, Curtin was also sentenced to informal probation for a period of three years, a three month first offender alcohol program, and restitution for damages she had caused along the way, according to Starctmag.

Curtin was released from jail on January 26 after paying bond.  Her next court appearance is scheduled for September.

Lynne Curtin made quite an impression over her two seasons on the show, and so did her daughters. Former troublemaker Raquel (on the far left, above) is now a model for Suicide Girls, a website showcasing “alternative pin-up girls.” News hit in May 2014 that Alexa (far right) had been starring in pornography under the name of Jayden Taylors.  ~ Popsugar (April 2015)
